Christa Tsechrintzis

Executive Director

Christa began with Habitat in May 2022. She began her non-profit journey years ago as Executive Director of the award-winning youth theatre Peacock Players, and has since had roles in event planning, marketing, and development. She has remained active in the Nashua community throughout the years and her most recent role was as Director of Development for Marguerite's Place. She loves being a part of such a vibrant community with a tight non-profit network. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce and enjoys the role of Ambassador Chair. 

Chris Crane

Marketing + Media Specialist

Chris joined GNHFH in 2019 and became our Development Coordinator in 2020 then given the title Marketing & Media Specialist in 2022. She is a freelance graphic and web designer. She studied fine art, design and photography in college and has a BFA from UMass Lowell. She uses her passion and skills to deliver Habitat's message to the Greater Nashua area. She loves working with the build crew and documenting build days!

Jayne Wing

Finance

Jayne joined the Habitat team in January, 2022. She has been a French teacher in the Nashua School District since 1993, retiring in June, 2022. In addition to teaching, Jayne is the bookkeeper for her husband's law firm, Law Offices of David C. Wing, PLLC in Milford, NH. As a lifelong resident of southern NH, she looks forward to helping GNHFH serve the community by providing affordable housing and services for qualified families.

Debra Thomas

Administrative Assistant

Debra joined GNHFH in July of 2023. Her experience working at Home Depot for over 12 years gave her some background in all the departments. She was born in and lived in Massachusetts most of her life. She lived in Maine for 11 years where she owned two small businesses. In 2010 she won Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the SMCC while working towards her degree in Business Administration. Moving to New Hampshire, she retired in 2023 but wanted to use her background to help people with Critical Home Repair and Home Ownership.

Mary Ann Melizzi-Golja

President

Licensed Speech Pathologist,

Mary Ann is a seasoned speech pathologist with over 40 years of experience working with children with disabilities and 12 years as a Federal Head Start On-Site Program Reviewer. She holds a BS in Speech Pathology and Audiology from SUNY Geneseo and a MA in Communications Disorders from Saint Louis University. Mary Ann serves as a Nashua Fire Commissioner, a Vice-President of Nashua Lions Club, a member of NH Speech Language Pathology and Hearing Care Providers Governing Board, and on the Board of Directors for the Brian S. McCarthy Foundation and Nashua Community Arts. She served five terms as Nashua Ward 8 Alderwoman from 2008 to 2018, where she chaired the Planning and Economic Development Committee and was an initial member of the Nashua Performing Arts Steering Committee. She also served as the Ward 8 Selectman and one term as a member of the Nashua Board of Education, 2004-2007. Mary Ann has been active in the community serving on many community organizations and events including Nashua PAL, the Nashua International Sculpture Symposium, NH Project Learning Tree, Bicentennial PTO co-president, coordinator for Nashua Back to School for 20 years, and the SNH Services Head Start Parent Policy Council.

Glenn M. De Noble

Vice President

Glenn is the Executive Project Manager for the Richmond Group, a design/build construction management firm in Hopkinton, MA. He was previously the Director of Operations for Fulcrum Associates, a construction management firm in Amherst.  He brings almost 40 years of construction experience to the team.  He is also a local multi-family housing owner and real estate investor. He has volunteered to serve on other non-profit boards as well as serve in his church council. 

Nora Boyle

Treasurer

Nora Boyle is a retired IT Director working over 35 years in the manufacturing software industry. She has been with GNHFH since 2010 performing various roles including her current position of Board Treasurer and Family Selection and Support Committee chairperson. Prior to GNHFH Nora was a tutor with Nashua Adult Learning Center for over 10 years.

Deborah Stoodley

Secretary

Deborah comes to GNHFH as a seasoned financial specialist with over 21 years of experience in the banking and financial services field. Deborah is the current Branch and Business Development Manager at Merrimack County Savings Bank and was the previous AVP Financial Services Manager at People’s United Bank. Deb has lent her financial acumen to GNHFH to assist with fiscal management and regulatory adherence.

Jennifer Annand

Director

Jennifer is a Kitchen and Bath Designer and small business owner at Expert Design Solutions. With a degree in Interior Design, she has seen all phases of the residential remodeling business in the past 20 years. When not working on her business, she can be found giving back to her community through a variety of outlets, particularly those that center around construction and the arts. Jennifer has been a past president of Opera New Hampshire, serves on the Nashua Arts Commission, and hosts a rotating art gallery with members of the Nashua Area Artists Association at her showroom within Ripano Stoneworks. She has been involved with the Home Builders Association through a variety of events, has participated in two team builds for Building on Hope, and has a certificate in Creative Placemaking- a grass roots approach to Urban Planning. Jennifer is skilled at grant writing and the grant review process and enjoys getting to know and facilitate home ownership through Habitat’s Family Selection Committee.

Daniel Beauchemin

Director

Daniel L. Beauchemin is a Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank in Worcester, MA, with 20 years of experience in wealth management.

Dan graduated from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business in New Orleans, LA, earning a Bachelor of Science in Management degree, with a major in Finance. He also earned an MBA at Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business in Waltham, MA.

Dan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certificant awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He also holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation which is sponsored by the ABA Institute of Certified Bankers. 

Dan lives in Nashua, NH where he enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his two daughters.

Stephanie Kane

Director

Stephanie has been a full time Real Estate Broker/ Realtor since 1998. Stephanie enjoys working with people to help them reach their dreams. Stephanie is a Top Producing agent with Keller Williams Realty, working with buyers and sellers. Stephanie also has New Construction experience from working with many builders in the Southern NH over the years.

Eric Moore

Director

Eric's first career was in naval aviation. He then moved to NH, recently retiring from BAE Systems, where he managed a variety of mostly developmental programs. He leveraged engineering and management skills as a core GNHFH construction volunteer for the last 20+ years.

Nate St Jean, AIA NCARB

Director

Nate St Jean, AIA NCARB is an architect and educator. Currently the director of construction learning and development at Suffolk Construction in Boston, MA, Nate brings over 15 years of industry experience to the table. He is a board member of the American Institute of Architects, NH, volunteers for the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and contributes to the Young Architects Forum. Nate was the founding faculty member of the construction management program at Southern New Hampshire University and launched his own architectural practice, Tectonica, back in 2017.

George Walker

Director

George retired from Nashua Fire Rescue in September 2020 after a 33-year career; serving in the role of Assistant Chief his last few years. Prior to joining Nashua Fire Rescue, he worked in the construction industry. He is an active member of the Nashua Lions Club. He understands the needs of the community, the status of affordable housing, and the issues that many people struggle with every day.

Deb Chisholm

Emeritus Director / Advocate

Deb Chisholm, PMP, is the Waterways Manager for the City of Nashua, NH, where she manages water quality, public access, and invasive species on the Nashua and Merrimack Rivers and oversees the operation and maintenance of two City-owned hydroelectric facilities. She grew up in Nashua where she continues to live with her 2 of her 3 children. Deb joined the Habitat Board to help provide affordable housing and make a difference in her community.

Cindi Owning

Emeritus Director / Advocate

Cindi is Co-Owner of Viking Roofing in Hollis, NH. Viking Roofing offers more than 50 years of combined roofing and metalworking experience, and provides expert advice on roofing materials, methods and designs to preserve the integrity of residential, commercial and historic properties. Cindi is quite interested in providing people a leg up just as she does with her investment in her employees.

Tom Osgood

Emeritus Director / Advocate

Tom Osgood is retired, after working 30 years with Ace Hardware Corporation, most recently as Northeast Regional Sales Manager. He is a veteran, having served in the NH Air National Guard. In addition to Habitat, Tom is a certified business mentor with the Regional Economic Development Center for Southern NH and was a former mentor and chairman of SCORE, Merrimack Valley Chapter.
