Build in Wilton – Saturday, August 7th
This Saturday, we’ll support groundbreaking at our new home site at the corner of Russell and Maple Streets in Wilton. Ceremony is at 9:30 AM. We need to set up the sign, and will go over plans after the ceremony.
Directions from NH-101A, heading WEST out of Nashua: Turn LEFT after NH-101 overpass to take the RT-101 W ramp toward PETERBOROUGH/KEENE, merging onto NH-101 (Milford bypass). Caution: temporary 45 mph speed limit for construction is being enforced 24/7. 4.9 mi to -
2. Turn LEFT onto ELM ST/NH-101. 0.8 mi to -
3. Turn (bear) RIGHT onto WILTON RD. 0.5 mi to -
4. WILTON RD becomes MAIN ST. 0.3 mi to -
5. Turn RIGHT onto RUSSELL ST. 0.1 mi to -
6. End at site on the right, corner RUSSELL ST & MAPLE ST.
See as many of you as can make it, starting by 9:00 AM. Building Chairman Eric Moore will bring the truck over from Milford and would appreciate a ride back to Tonella Road.
Completed since last Saturday:
40 Chestnut St., Nashua (SNHRM): Continued punch list items in preparation for certificate of occupancy – applied 2nd or 3rd coats of drywall mud throughout, mudded ceiling patch at emergency egress, cut new hole for sprinkler piping adjustment, fire-sealed a few remaining pipe penetrations.
Upcoming events:
Russell Street, Wilton: Excavation to start ~5 August. Still seeking donations / deals.
Other small projects being coordinated.
