Build – December 13
This Saturday, we’ll continue minor renovations to our 63 Tolles Street unit, to support our new partner family: Insulate pipes. Seal exterior outlets / switches. Replace towel ring. Repair 2nd kitchen ceiling light. Replace batteries in all smoke alarms. Prep for painting – 2nd coat of mud on nail holes, remove tape residue, etc.

Expect next work here – in January – to be painting. Some outdoor work likely deferred to spring.
For planning, this is likely to be the last construction day before the holidays.
Completed since last Saturday:
- 63 Tolles Street: Built new insulating door inside bulkhead. Replaced locksets. Repaired both screen doors. Patched nail holes throughout. Fastened linoleum edges in kitchen and bathroom. Repaired one of two kitchen ceiling lights. Replaced medicine chest and toilet seat.
- 63 Temple Street: Repaired fluorescent light fixture
