Build – September 27
This Saturday, we’ll again be helping the Greater Manchester affiliate with their 4 Dutton Street duplex project. Inside, work will continue installation of the laminate floors, hanging doors, installing base boards, painting, etc. Outside, finish the decking and stairs.
Directions from Everett Turnpike, headed north from Nashua into Manchester -
Take the GRANITE ST. exit, EXIT 5, toward DOWNTOWN. 0.3 mi
Turn RIGHT onto GRANITE ST/GRANITE ST BRIDGE. Continue to follow GRANITE ST. 0.4 mi
GRANITE ST becomes LAKE AVE. 0.2 mi
Turn LEFT onto PINE ST. 0.3 mi
Turn RIGHT onto HANOVER ST. 0.3 mi
Turn LEFT onto MAPLE ST/NH-28 N. 0.1 mi
Turn RIGHT onto AMHERST ST. 0.0 mi
Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto DUTTON ST. 0.0 mi
End at 4 Dutton St Manchester, NH 03104-5029

Completed since last weekend:
(4 Dutton Street, Manchester) Inserted posts under decking and leveled deck. Built egress stairs off 2nd floor deck, hanging upper stairs and platform. Positioned Sonotubes for concrete piers under platform.
